Ok, so how does it work?

  • After you’ve had your strategy call and you’ve chosen to take action, complete the Client Intake Questionnaire that we send you.
  • Submit your completed Client Intake Questionnaire and photos so we can get to know you a little better and create your individualized plan.
  • Receive your program within 5 days of submitting your Client Intake Questionnaire and photos.
  • Join the Virtuosity Fitness team on our team-only Facebook group and private forum.
  • Check-in every week with your coach to review progress from the past week and determine the best approach for the upcoming week.
  • Keep in touch with your coach and teammates with any questions or concerns you have at any time.
  • Follow the program with dedication, consistency and honesty and you will not fail.
  • Admire your results because you earned them.
